In first case a young male patient accidentally had broken his lower teeth. Patient was in extreme pain due to exposed dental pulp. He for the first time came to our clinic for dental check up. So our first step is to make him comfortable at our dental centre. Patient wants to get rid of dental pain. So we performed root canal treatment. Since the patient has limited time, so we performed single sitting rct. After completion tooth preparation was done for dental crown. He selected zirconia dental crown as it is highly aesthetic. Digital scanning was done to get precise accuracy. In 3 to 4days we cemented dental crown. Patient was very happy.

In second case, a male patient aged 75 year had reported to our dental clinic as he is unable to eat properly. We examined clinically as and opg was done for dental x-ray. We found faulty prosthesis was there. We advised rct in in multiple lower teeth and fabrication of new dental bridge. Our main challenge is patient is very old and we have to schedule short appointment to avoid any other complication. Since we are in hospital set up so we are prepared for all odds that may occur.
